Lupiho specializes in providing high-quality coffee beverages and desserts for takeaway. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our platforms are accurate. However, we reserve the right to:

• Correct any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing
• Discontinue products at our discretion
• Limit quantities available for purchase

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Lupiho. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, and cash for in-store purchases. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Collection and Delivery

Our primary service is takeaway collection from our location at 123 Clapham Road, London, SW9 0AE. If delivery services are offered, additional terms and fees may apply. Collection times will be communicated at the time of order, and we will make reasonable efforts to have your order ready within the specified timeframe.

You are responsible for collecting your order within a reasonable time. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be disposed of without refund.

5. Food Safety and Allergies

While we take great care in preparing our products, our kitchen handles various allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform our staff before placing your order.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled collection time. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and only in the following circumstances:

• The order was incorrectly prepared
• The product quality does not meet our standards
• We are unable to fulfill your order

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
